We have a tenant who has left our property owing us quite a lot of money and our keys. We do not have his latest address. I notice an advert in the Residential Property Investor by Towerhall Solutions saying they will trace and locate former tenenats on a no find-no, no-fee basis and that their charges are £45 only per successful trace (with a 20% discount to RLA members)

Has anyone used this firm? Were they successful? Is the information guaranteed? Was it only £45 in total or are there hidden'extras'? Do you pay before they 'hand over' the information?

Any comments / advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
