recentley I had a visit for renewing my license for HMO. the property is divided into bedsits. no gas or electric central heating.Heating is provided with electric fires and oil filled electric radiators. I am informed that I should have electric storage heaters in each bed sits.I suggested to install electric thremostate panel heaters and they said no Please advise and suggestion
