I let a property to a recruitment company ( Company AST ) the company is responsible for the rent, they are one month in arrears. The property is occupied by 4 Latvians sharing. I have just found out through HMRC that the company went into administration on the 28th April 2010 re a court hearing. How do I stand regarding the current occupants. I don't think they are aware of the situation. I haven't said anything to them yet as I have only just found out.
