Hi, I have just joined and got the tenant referencing service for potential tenants.
They have emailed to say that they have filled in the information but it asked them to print it and send it back?
Is that a usual request as I thought they were digitally signed?
How can it take 48 hours if they have to wait for recipt of paperwork?

If anyone has used the service and can explain would appreciate it.
