I bought a bungalow with a double concrete (grimston Type)garage in june 2010 and let it to the Vendors who bought it in 2007. They are still the tenants (month to month) and say the centre post (wood) has moved forward and the doors dont open or shut properly and they believe as the landlords are responsible for the structure that it is our responsibility. They say it has rotted, I say it cant have in 18 months , they say it has been in 15 years.

Does the garage which is included in the tenancy (although not specifically mentioned) class as part of the structure and am I responsible for it?
