Hi,

I have recently Mortgaged our 1st rental property to purchase number 2. the mortgage company want us to issue a Ground 2 Notice on the tenants. Upon speaking with them they advised I use a Section 21, I thought these were just for repossession? Are they right or is there a specific form I can use for this or can I use an Addendum to the AST?
