RLA Documents - pages not printing correctly !

For some reason with all the RLA documents including the tenancy agreements and DEPOSIT GUARD protection certificate, the print-outs are missing the first line of text right at the top of the page.

Whilst the text omitted is not particularly critical information, it doesn't really convey a professional image to the tenants and I would like it resolving.

Is this an issue that other members have experienced, if so please help or let me know if I need to do anything (e.g. adjust printer settings)
