Room only tenant moving into different room

We have four room-only tenants in our property. One is vacating at the end of June and another tenant wishes to take over her room as it is has ensuite facilities. This is essentially an upgrade and the rent is an extra £15 per month. The tenant who wants to change to this ensuite room is happy with this. Do we need to make a new tenancy agreement or simply fill out the rent increase form and procedure?
