I am renting a to a 31 year old single girl who s on lha. At the moment she is entitled to a one bedroom lha, I noticed that single people under 35 will only get shared room allowance in the future. Will this apply only to new applicants and when ddoes this change come in, as might need to start thinking about evicting her
