I have lost another tenant due to continue noise from above studio.
The person above is an owner and has been told many times over the last 3 years about the noise following complaints from other tenants and landlords. However the management company (also the freeholder) just warns but does nothing else.

Where can I go with this? The lease agreement states the normal contract
jagon about privacy, right to peace and quite etc.
