Hi
I let a property which is a mid terrace. At the rear there is a soil pipe attached to my property however it only carries waste from my neighbours property. This has now become blocked. It requires my back yard to be dug up to expose the pipe as drains companies are unable to unblock.
Who is responsible for the cost?
