HI

I'm looking into becomming a Green deal assessor and wondering if its possible to assess my own properties. The companies that train green deal assesors say its ok but at 2k a go they may say that.I feel if i could it would be great because then i could use my own installers provided their accredited.I could also do my own EPC as that would save me money as well.I have a fairly large portfolio so it would make sense.

Any advice would be welcomed as the DECC IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Thanks
