Boiler and property maintenance - anyone with experience of Homeserve.com?

I do not have experience of homeserve, but prefer to use an individual who will get to know me and my tenants. Then they will try a bit harder to find the difficult solution to a problem not just advise a new boiler every time. I would expect a call centre based service to send in a different engineer each time which makes their job much more difficult.
