On reading the article on Paul Gelder who is a solicitor, he claims to 'have a good working knowledge of LHA payments so that he can work to ensure he receives direct payment from the council'
please let me in on how that works? as far as I know you can only recieve direct payment if your tenant is 8 weeks in arrears with the rent
