Hi All
I have insured my properties through the RLA for some time now and for the first time in 10 years I have had the missfortune of having to make a claim. This claim is for some subsidence affecting a garage to the rear of a property. The claim management company have offered a cash settlement which appeals to me as I wish to move the garage further to the rear of the property and possibly increase its size. I suspect they are offering far less than the quote they have received. Any advise on how to proceed or my rights regarding this would be appreciated.
