I currently have some properties whereby the tenant is paying a small service charge for oil.

In the tenancy agreement is does not mention being able to increase this service charge.

Due to the current price of oil the landlord desperately wants to make an increase and an annual increase thereafter - is there a document we can issue informing the tenant of this increase?
