Hi

I am looking for some help with the a new tenancy agreement please. I cant seem to get my head around this one!

I am starting a new tenancy agreement affective from the 13th of July, however the tenant would like to pay there rent on the 1st of each month rather than half way through. This is okay with my self, but I can not work out how much they need to pay on what date.
The rent is ~£595 per month.

They want to pay the first month an half upfront, but I cant seem to work it out what months rent would cover what month, if that makes sense? any help would be appreicated!
