Hi all,

This is a bit of a strange one but we've had a tenant reporting a lot of spiders in the property.

The tenant believes they are coming through the back door but claims it is not left open and there are no noticable gaps.

We understand that there is not a lot that can be done about spiders but wonder if anyone has had a similar experience where they can give some advice?
