Hi Dave,
Can you clarify how much holding deposit i can withhold if an applicant cancels the reservation with say 3 days to go before a tenancy is due to start and i cannot get anyone else in time or at the same rent level. Point 6 & 7 in the initial holding deposit form does not make it clear what a landlord can keep under these circumstances.
