I have a problem with condensation and mould growth in a 2 bed well insulated double glazed new build flat. This has not been helped by tenant steaming carpets weekly and using condensation tray dryer for his clothes. However tenant is american and very litigious as well as asthmatic. A firm called tapco has offered to fit a condensation control unit (wall mounted version) for £980.00. Do any of the members have any experience of this type of unit or of this firm?
