We have relatively recently moved into offering bed and breakfast to tenants (almost all unemployed) in a former GuestHouse, now HMO.

We have considerable difficulties getting payments from the local authority at any consistent rate or the 'correct rate' - whatever that might be.

We are regularly informed they don't do B and B rates, yet are paying for other tenant at a B and B rate.

There is clearly a level of incompetence involved in the local authority (which we are challenging)- but if anyone can advise me on what might be correct rates - or point me in the direction of any helpful guidance, I would be most grateful.
