I rent rooms, but do not quilify for HMO as I have only 4 tenants on 2 floors.
Do I need to have a full fire evacuation procedure on the wall? If yes, does it need to be in each room? Do I need to arrange fire drills?

Is there a comprehensive, but simply written guide to landlords re-Health and Safety?

Many thanks,
Mireille
