We do a spreadsheet on the PC and then show their payment and a balance each time they pay (which could be a part payment (if agreed), or overpayment.
If you send me your email to [email protected] I will let you have a copy of the one I did for our properties.
I am away this week (as no 1 daughter is getting married) so it will be next week before I reply, but I will.
