My Tenants left on the 14 February, they still havent set up a mail redirection and have askled to collect their post from the property saturday morning, which is fine as i will be there. But they say they can not afford to do the mail redirection for another couple of weeks and i have new tanants moving in this saturday.

Can i say that they can not collect the rest and just put it back in teh post return to sender? They refuse to give me a forwarding address and i do not see why the new tanants should have to meet with teh old ones to give them their post.

Any help would be appreciated
