Can Bailiffs Enter and Remove Goods If Debt Is Not My Tenants?

I think if your current tenant tells bailiff this is a previous tenant and proves this with her AST, obviously dated after the debt was created, then there is not much the bailif can do. They can only, I beleive, take goods that belong to the debtor, and need to be sure the goods are the debtors. Bailiff should go away and try to trace the true debtor. Otherwise thousands of tenants would be losing goods for past occupants.
