Risk of flooding after heavy rain

I have several properties in Taunton none of which have been affected by flooding. One came very close today and with heavy rain forecast again tomorrow the River Tone is at risk of breaking its banks which would mean considerable more flooding in this area almost certainly affecting mine. What would be my liability to tenants please? Would I have to provide temporary housing pending restoration? This would obviously be difficult and expensive to do and I would hope not to have to go down that route.
