Hello
I asked what to do about an absconded husband who is on a joint tenancy. You advise to wait 2 months and then trace him. I am actually owed 23 weeks rent so can I make a claim against him immediately? In addition, what do I do about the fact that his name is still on the tenancy? Do I have to leave it as a joint tenancy until he gives notice? The wife will be staying as she has 2 very young children and I cannot have it on my conscience to make her homeless.
