Can anyone help please?
I have a property in Sittingbourne which has had a long term leak discovered. This has caused extensive damage and I have been told that it is unsafe as the floors may collapse.
We urgently need some accommodation for the couple who live there. They are very good tenants and have always paid their rent on time and have decorated the flat very nicely. It does not matter too much whether it is a house share, studio,or one bedroom flat.
It needs to be near enough to Bobbing for him to bike to work.
We will consider anything that is offered, whether it is temporary until the repairs are completed, or a 6 month tenancy if necessary
