Dear Helpdesk
I have been told that only NICEIC registered electricians can carry out work on a tenanted property. I have received a good quote from an electrician for a small job I need doing. He says he is not NICEIC registered but he is ELECSA registered which is the same thing, being the other approved body. Is it? And can I use him in a rental property?
