I have recently had Fire Risk Assessments prepared for some of our properties & one issue raised was risk assessing tenants for their individual needs both for causing a potential risk & dealing with an emergency, such as dealing with a problem or exiting the building.

I am trying to word a document that a tenant will complete & sign that will cover what is required whilst not leading to a legal case for discrimination if they refuse to fill it in & I in turn do not rent the flat to them whether it be for that or another reason.

I would be obliged to receive your comments & advice on this issue and whether you have such a document that I could use or where I can get one from.
