Hi,

With all the fuss about serving prescribed information, I am thinking about how to do this in future. Normally we either rely on the agents (where they hold it) or hand deliver it. Although we give the tenant the "opportunity" to sign a copy to acknowledge, not all are keen to sign. I can sort of understand that, it is a wad of paper and people can be suspicious as to what they might be agreeing to.

I am interested to know what the answer is. I am beginning to think best just to stick it in the post and get a proof of posting. Would that cover one in the event of dispute?

I am also not entirely clear how good all the agents are at doing this.

What do people think, what are the options.
