Can anyone confirm whether we send our tenants who will be signing a new AST for another year an s13 form, we found on the form that it says that if your tenants have a yearly contract you need to give them 6 months notice if wish to put up the rent. If they sign a new AST they are not on a periodic tenancy agreement, is this right?
