Yes since you are responsible.
Get something in writing from your tenants so you have proof it has been given to them and take a copy so you know what's going on.
Further give them the terms and conditions of DPS and get them to sign for this too,
Never never rely on anyone except yourself and always cover yourself.
Now maybe I can listen to this advice too.
