Hello there .We own a flat in St Leonards on sea. We would now like to rent it out as Holiday Lets.throughout the year to enable us to be able to afford to keep it in the family.
1/The terms of the lease seem to be for private use and a single family.
Is it possible to change this ?if so how ?
2/Where would I find out Landlord legalities for this type of property ?
