Is it a legal requirement in England for landlords to install carbon monoxide alarms in property rented out to tenants? If so, how many CO alarms are required per property? I understand the legislation changed in Northern Ireland in 2012 making CO alarms compulsory there, however is the legislation likely to change accrdingly in England anytime soon?
