Letting Agents

Hi, I terminated my estate agent giving them two months notice it say on they contract. I also termination my tenant AST contract served them a section 21 notice, but tenant refused to leave after two months, so I had to evicted them out. Estate agent refused to terminated their contract with me and said that the tenant is they client. I have not received no rent money for 8 weeks. I told the Estate agent if the tenant paid them the rent money, they said no. So after that I contact the council that I have not received no rent money, so then the council was paying me. I lost one month rent money from the estate agent which they refused to end the contract with me. I received estate agent statement wanted one year commission. I told them I want my one month rent money and they said we have not received no rent money from the tenant. My question is if the tenant did not pay the estate agent one month rent money, would the estate agent sent the Landlord a statement showing that the dedication has been made and would they withheld Landlord keys and withheld tenant deposit money and also they took move out picture in my property for the tenant because she wanted them to take picture? Would the Estate Agent take picture in my property for the tenant free?
