Hi, can anyone advise what would be an appropriate amount to budget for redecoration of a small bathroom ceiling, which is damaged (paint flaking from ceiling leaving bare plaster also black mould)caused by failure to ventilate properly (working extractor fan and opening window apparently not used). Room is very small, shower, loo and small basin, so approx. 6 feet by 4 feet. Walls OK just ceiling affected. Will need 3-4 coats of paint. What would be appropriate amount to ask tenant to pay towards this. Thanks for all your help
