Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of using a tamper-proof thermostat in HMO properties? If so, I'd like to hear of your experience and whether you'd recommend a specific manufacturer/model. I'm currently refurbishing two HMOs with new heating/electrical systems and need to ensure the variable costs of gas/electricity are controlled as efficiently as possible.
