just wishing to court opinion and Dave A's advice.

If an agency agree a tenancy with a tenant, take deposit and send doc, then they come back a week later and say the fees are wrong, what ground do they have to implement the new fees?

This is nothing to do with me or my agency. I personally would honor my mistake, but that is me, I am good guy and use common sense.

My friend has he agency (*high street named one) treating her like she is a second rate citizen.

thoughts?
