Hi,

we are in the process of renting our house to an unmarried couple with children. The prospective tenant wants to have the agreement only in his name.

What are your views on this? Is there an advantage if both adults (and the children) are listed as tenants and if the agreement is with both adults or is there no problem if the agreement is only with one of the adults.
