Am looking for a letting agent in the Reading area and I've come across a company willing to offer a guaranteed rent. Seems to be one step up from the fully managed letting agent option.

Has anyone used Northwood or a similar letting agent ?

Any other letting agents they would class as 'good' in the Reading area ?
