Good Morning

We have a number of hmo`s, we have always informed the relevant companies of the tenants who are responsible for the water and sewage in each property, this is stated in their tenancy agreement.
The water companies will happily bill the tenant, if the tenant pays then they are happy, if the tenant does not pay then they are trying to hold us responsible.
Could you please advise me of the best way to deal with this situation.

Yours truly

Andrew Horton
