Completing section 8 notice disturbamce and immoral use
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi
One of my properties has been raided by the police and the son of my tenant arrested for dealing drugs. There is a constant stream of people coming and going in the block of falts because of this, The tenancy has 3 more months to run and i wish to repossess on grounds of immoral use and disturbance. Do i have to state the full grounds as it appears in the legislation or just the number of the ground.
