I put papers in to court on Monday and the £175 fee.

I was shocked at the speed but received a Notice of issue today.

Am I right in thinking if no defence is put forward the judge will just issue a possession order without trial.

The section 21 is spot on, however, the day the tenant signed we altered the signing date (top of page 1 on RLA tenancy) (not the tenancy period) so this amended tenancy, which the tenant also has, had to be put in to court. I do fear this will knacker me. Has anybody any opinions if this will affect me, as I say the S21 is spot on and tenant signed a receipt for it which has also been put into court application.

Thanks
