Hi I have a flat with joint tenants but they have fallen out and I am being contacted on a daily basis with he said and she has done etc. As a Landlord when do I get involved it really has become ridiculous. They are 3 months through a 6 months assured shorthold tenancy agreement. I am not taking sides but am worried it might esculate, the Police were called by one of the parties but the Police were not concerned.
Any suggestions???? Thanks
