Hi, We have just taken over as the owners of a Sole Trader Letting Agents (sold within the family) I am looking to Dis-instruct a few of our current landlords as we feel they are not the type of Landlords we wish to have in our client base. The terms and conditions (used by the previous owners)don't state anything about if we wish to dis-instruct a landlord. I was just looking for some advice as to our obligation to the tenant and can we just write to (in this case e-mail as the landlord lives abroad) to let them know we are no longer their acting agents?
