One of three joint tenants has recently died. The tenancy runs until December, should I reissue the contract with the two remaining tenants, or should I provide some type of codicil to update the existing contract? When the tenancy expires I will be regaining possession, so is it commen sense to reissue S21 notice before the end of October?

Any advice or relevant comments appreciated.
