Help - got my self into a messy situation - we rented to students for a French uni for 8 years in London on a 12 mth AST some leave a little early and Have "guest" stay a month or 2 when they leave . it has all worked well with deposit following at the end of 12 month .

This year keen to stay with the school , we have 3 students studying till March and one till - End of May - he may stay on if he gets an internship till Aug .

How do I deal with contract -1. do I have 1 for 9 month and ask them to give notice ?.
they said they happy to get the new in takes to take over . 2: Do I have 2 contract 6 mth and 9 month . 3: or one for 12 with their notice to leave at 6 and 9 mth . THANK YOU .
