I have Tenants who keep complaining about mice, even in the warm weather we have had they are still encountering mice problems. They have now started deducting rent for traps and bait they have purchased which I never authorised.

Can they do this and who's responsibility is it to ensure the property remains rodent free? Mine or theirs?
