I have a young couple renting one of my properties and unfortunately for them their relationship has recently endeed and not on good terms. One of the tenants wishes to stay on in the property by themselves, however i cannot get in touch with the other tenant. Do i need both tenants written consent? Or can i just issue a new agreement as their old one is due to expire in a few weeks?
